Introducing working group co-chair – Dr Bo Wu

We have an additional co-chair for our working group – Dr Bo Wu. The working group executive now comprises Dr Chris Pettit (Chair), Dr Andy-Hudson Smith (Co-Chair), Dr Bo Wu Co-Chair and Dr Arzu Coltekin (Scientific Secretary). A brief  bio of Dr Wu is as follows:

Dr. Bo Wu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Land Surveying and Geo-Informatics, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His main research topics include machine vision/photogrammetry, adaptive-vision system, 3D modeling and visualization, and implementation of virtual reality. He worked on NASA funded projects on Mars and Lunar exploration and developed vision/photogrammetric techniques for Mars rover navigation, Mars and Lunar topographic mapping, and Lunar astronaut navigation system development. He has published over 30 research articles in international journals and conference proceedings. He received the 2009 Duane C. Brown Senior Award.
